Comfort Exchange Policy

We want you to have the best night’s sleep possible when purchasing from the Ultimate Mattress Store. However, sometimes a mattress doesn’t work for a customer. You may exchange your mattress one time only within one year of purchase for another one. No cash refunds or store credits will be issued.

The exchange policy does not apply to any mattress sold "as-is" – which may include floor models and closeout mattresses, special orders, adjustable bases, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets or other accessories. A mattress protector must have been purchased on the same invoice as the mattress. Also, the mattress to be exchanged must not be soiled, damaged, or contain any stains. A minimum delivery fee will be charged for exchanges.
